I first message Suzanne to ask her about the price for a Balayage and color, and I have to say that from minute 1 she was the best, professional and direct with me, she asked for pictures of my hair since I don’t live in Glenwood, she understood it wasn’t easy for me to go there just for a consultation so she worked with me to make it happen . I finally went on Monday and she was AMAZING!! she made me feel l so comfortable and pumpered, she took care of me, explained every single thing she was doing to my hair since she knew I was pretty nervous, she respected my wishes on how I wanted my haircut and even took care of the health of my hair giving me a deep conditioning treatment. It was an amazing experience, I’m in love with my hair, it looks dope!! Just the change i was looking for. I’m so grateful I found her! It was my first time getting my color done in the US so I was pretty nervous about finding the right person for the job. I’m very disappointed the reviews were very good for this place and I ended up hating my haircut, now I don’t know what to do with the bangs I have (which I never asked for) and they ended up charging me 75 extra for styling my hair (wich again I did not ask for) just because I mentioned I was going to prom. There was just so much lack of communication. I’m sorry I just wouldn’t go back.
