She always does my nails amazing and I leave so pleased every time (I typically get tips and powder) – she is so thorough and checks in with me frequently throughout my appointment to ensure I am happy with the product. There is rarely a wait time and they are always apologetic if there is (there was one instance of me being there for an extended period of time for which Sothy apologized for and ensured I would be serviced appropriately moving forward). She remembers details from our conversations and always checks in with her clients. Honestly, they are all kind hearted, wonderful people. Love this place!! It’s clean and everyone is super friendly. Lily is so sweet I’m so glad she recommended the powder dip to me it lasts and is really durable. Everyone asks about my nails and I tell them to come here they’re the best!

I love it here! They treat you so nicely, remember your name and are so respectful of what you want. I go to Sothy (pronounced So-tee) – she’s amazing! So sweet and never argues about how short I want my nails (like the other nail salons always do!). She does such a good job, and from what I see with the other ladies – they do great too. I would make an appointment before you come in though! Everyone that comes in is a returning customer who leaves happy every time. Definitely recommend 🙂

Was excited to try this place because my friend comes here but ended up being one of my worst nail salon experiences ever. Starting off I made an appointment the day before and still had to wait almost 30 minutes to sit in the chair. Then the girl used the file drill bit to remove the skin around my nails and the cuticles which absolutely tore up my skin causing open, bleeding wounds around my nails. The actual powder application was ok besides the bumpy, uneven shape. Every time she put on the dehydrator or activator it hurt so bad I thought I was going to pass out from my open cuts. Pretty sure the gel top coat never fully dried under the lamp because the top is still tacky. Only gave 2 starts because the girl tried to be nice. Will not be returning here.
