I went to get a pedicure with my mother on 8/14, and I’m still seething about it so I figure I’d write a review. We got there shortly after open, and it was quite busy which was absolutely fine. We were seated and enjoyed the massage. The water when started was absolutely scorching. To the point one of the gentlemen who didn’t do our nails walked by to put his hand in and quickly removed it and drained all the water. The man who did our pedicures acted like it was a bother to fix. I had the most rough, non relaxing pedicure of my life. Several times I thought when I put my foot in the water I would see blood because I could just FEEL the cuts. I didn’t realize it was this bad until Monday when I saw the scabs. These are my toes as of Thursday the 18th. We both have nail polish on our toes in places that could’ve easily been cleaned up with remover, and she has injuries to her cuticles as well, just not this severe. I am SO glad I changed my mind on a manicure, and that is the last time I will ever be back. I will definitely keep these photos for future references of where NOT to go.

First time here. Had my nails done for my wedding 6 days ago elsewhere. It was my mistake to not tell them about my cuticles. So I walked in today and asked for a cuticle trim. I was not greeted, finally after the man with the clipboard walked by me 4 times while assisting another lady, he sat it down next to me. I Told him what I wanted, and he said all I needed was cuticle oil. That my nails were to far grown and it wouldn’t look right. I said I don’t care, I just wanted it until I got another week in before a fill. He then told someone else to tell me it wouldn’t look right. She said the same thing. Once again I said I don’t care how it’ll look, I just want my cuticles done. He continued to say something to the girl that I didn’t understand but I understood “she don’t care”. He looked annoyed and told me to write my name down. I had to walk out, I’m not going to spend my money on services when I have to argue about something so simple.

DO NOT let the man who sits in the first chair on the left touch yours nails. He is condescending to every young women ive witnessed in his chair. Today he broke off one of my nails and ripped my real nail off it’s nail bed with it. It was painful and his only response was that “oh you broke it.” This nail was not broken and was attached to my nail bed before sitting down at his station. Nancy is lovely and does a nice job

Took my daughters to get their nails done today. Well we all was supposed to get them done but nails here are a little pricey. But u get what u pay for and i am so happy and pleased with what they did. Both my girls left very happy with their nails!!!

I picked out a color, was seated and they proceeded to soak off my nails FOR AN HOUR. Pretty sure I have chemical burns on my fingers now. The nail tech told me the color I picked wouldn’t be “an exact match” to what I would end up with. Try, completely different, Like not even on the same planet different. They are also crooked, so that’s cool. Would not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife went in to get a manicure and pedicure and they couldn’t follow her directions on what she wanted. Though she tried to explain several times what she wanted, they still did what they wanted. The one worker working on my wife and the worker next to her began talking negative about my wife in Spanish to each other, not knowing my wife spoke and understood Spanish. Just no professionalism and bad service. We wouldn’t be returning and advise anyone else to try another nail salon.

You get what you pay for. They are good on price but did a horrible job. I asked for a manicure and dip, my nails didn’t get filed, my cuticles didn’t get touched. Literally nothing but slapped on some dip and did a sloppy horrible, sloppy job with dip. So much so I have to go get them redone. Save your money and go somewhere else!! Manicure, Dip powder

I was immediately taken care of when I signed in. It’s super nice, clean, and spacey. The people are very friendly. The people are very friendly. They’re taking the COVID-19 regulations seriously which makes me feel safe when I go in. Critical: QualityWent and got a full acrylic set on Saturday, July 24th, and by the 26th I had gel peeling off of 3 nails. Have a 4th one peeling now. Not sure the name of my tech but he was an older man and I was sat off to the right side of the building. He was rude and didn’t ask me much of anything about what I wanted. My friend who was with me and was serviced by a different tech has nails in perfect condition almost a week later. And she’s much harder on her hands with work than I am.
