Grace provided an excellent service. She is punctual, she gave an accurate estimation of how much time it would take to complete the service and provided good customer service. Grace installed Microlocs (via two strand twist) with my natural hair. The final result is beautiful and surpassed my expectations. She applied precision and her attention to detail delivered exactly what I asked for. Side note: the salon facilities are well maintained and have Wi-Fi and ample parking.
