Willow is always amazing! She is very knowledgeable with hair cuts, styles, and coloring. I’ve been going to get my hair done with Willow for over 3 years, and she’s consistently great at cuts and color. I have been going to Graffiti Studio fo the r last two years. Willow has become officially the only person I trust with my hair. We moved from NY to NC three years ago and trying to find a talented hair expert was very hard. I had a former hair dresser who turned my hair into a damaged hot mess. After so many recommendations I went to Willow and after that first visit I felt so much better about myself and she corrected the damage the other hair dresser did in that first visit. My routine services are just grey touch up, occasional cut and highlights every third visit it so. My hair gets very blond naturally in the summer so I think our first visit she may have done low lights as well to dial down the mess I showed up with. I always trust her opinion on if it’s highlight time bc of the natural lighting and she never recommends highlights when I don’t need them even though she can get much more money adding that service on. So she is not just talented but she is honest and has integrity. I’m terrible about remembering to leave reviews but recently she moved the stars and the moon to reschedule an appointment for me so that I could take advantage of a great opportunity. So it reminded me to take time to do a review. I have never been able to take advantage of Willow’s amazing coloring artistry since I am waiting till I can rock pink hair as a cute old lady one day. But I’ve seen the amazing color jobs she has done when I’ve gone to my appointments and wow, such awesome talent. I highly recommend Willow and wish I could give more than five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I haven’t had my hair done by Willow in several years, but this popped up in Google, so I thought I’d review.I had a partial foil done. She charged me for a toner, even though she did it without asking if I wanted it. I mean, if you’re getting blonde highlights, one would think the toner would be included. Secondly, I have naturally curly hair. I very rarely straighten it, but when I get my hair done, I like a professional blow out and then a straightener ran through it. She blew my hair out, but she literally refused to straighten it. She said she could blow it straight. Well, it didn’t look sleek at all. Asked her to straighten it again, but she wouldn’t. I get that she was probably trying to protect my hair, but still. I left the studio and ended up crying to my husband that my hair looked awful. I got home and straightened it myself, it was then that I saw the beautiful color and cut. I was just turned off by being charged for the toner and lack of caring for what your client wants. She was friendly enough. I just felt uncomfortable most of the time.
