First time customer here and Johnny was my technician. He was great! He paid attention to all the details as he did my nails. He even checked each nail top and under the nails to be sure all the acrylic was clean from the base. I didn’t like the color I chose once he painted the first nail and he Kindly helped me find a nice red/orange vs. The hot pink I thought was red/orange. He didn’t have a attitude like some places. He was about giving the customer what they asked for not a rush job!!! The prices here are great and affordable. I will definitely be returning!!!

Jenny & her husband are truly AMAZING at what they do! I cannot say enough good things about them both. I had a horrible experience at a different nail salon and I called Gracious Nails to see if they could get me in and they immediately accommodated me on super short notice plus did an amazing job. Made a 5pm appointment with Jenny because of her excellent reviews, being new to the area I wanted to go with someone with a good reputation but unfortunately I had a horrible experience. I arrived 5 minutes early, washed my hands as told and sat down. Waited 30min then someone who is not Jenny was about to start my nails.I politely told her I had a 5 o’clock appt. with Jenny she then walked away talking in her native language. When Jenny finally arrived I asked if my appt.was forgotten she said no. Very rude and had NO RESPECT for my time. She made no apology or nothing just started talking to siri the whole time doing my nails. I really wanted a new nail salon home but this won’t be it. I don’t care how good you are when you don’t respect a person’s time I won’t support it. She is lucky I’m going on vacation or I would of walked out.

I have been going to this salon for over a year and don’t plan to leave. They are consistent and clean and want to do their best work for you each time. I have my nails done by Johnny, who works hard to do his work just right and has great ideas for fun nails. I have also had my eyebrows microbladed by Jenny, who is patient and masterful at her work. The salon is very clean, no tvs, usually Christian music playing, and has lots of choices for services and dip colors. I suggest giving them a call before you head in to hopefully catch them when they are less busy!
