What a treat! I really loved my experience at Graceworks. Cindy was professional and great to work with. The atmosphere is cozy and comforting. I knew I was in the right place. Scheduled a massage, they blocked off a section of time for me because of my hectic schedule, received a text stating I could arrive earlier or later than appointment time and still receive massage. Arrived at appointment time, doors locked and no answer. Called Cindy who text me. She was “broke down waiting on tow truck”. That happens and we can’t control that, I understand. What I don’t understand is why you wouldn’t call your appointment and cancel. When she answered phone and I identified myself as her appointment, her response was “oh, it’s Tuesday” which makes me suspect that “broke down” story.
