Went and got pendi with my daughter the lady was so rough with my feet this isn’t the first time either, my daughters toes got cut but she didn’t want to tell me inside because she didn’t want me to go off on them. Last year when I was pregnant the lady cut my toes and I bled for almost 30 mins it’s so terrible I usually won’t go there because of my prior experiences but I tried to give them another chance. I went yesterday asked for a simple style pedicure and for a full set of tips with simple design she couldn’t even do it I got two stones on my fingers and me and my daughters pedicures $130 for that and today one of the stones fell off of my nail, I will not be spending money in there anymore I will just go further to where the service is good and it’s worth my money. Terrible and a waste of time and money… oh yeah the girl that cut my toes wouldn’t have Been as bad if I didn’t have to finish my feet myself didn’t scrub them properly and told me $10 extra to make them softer.

Worst service ever. This will be my last time there. I went there today the lady bruised my cuticles. I told her she was handling my hands too roughly and her response was “I have 20 years of experience”. I bled in three fingers. I was also about to get a pedicure, but after that experience I decided to go somewhere else. Acrylic nails

They were kind and quick. My only concern is what kind of Polish they used because it did not last as long as my usual gel nails. I appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in for a last minute without extra charge.

I had a great experience. my appointment was on time and the staff was friendly. I’m not sure of the lady name that did my feet but she did a great job she took her time got all the corners of my toenails. she also gived me a nice scrub at no extra charge. I like that they let your feet soak long enough in the water and not dip and scrub. Nana did my nails and let me say she did and awesome job she knows what she is doing and is quick. my nails look fabulous. I think the prices are very reasonable and worth the quality of work. the place is also very clean.

I really wanted to like this place because its a Christian nail salon. But after going there twice I would strongly recommend everyone NOT to come here if you want acrylic or tips. I’ve gotten the thickest set of my life….my nails literally look and feel like cinderblock candy corns. Not to mention the tiny little cuts on each of my fingers. This is my second time experiencing this here…they always cut up my skin, leaving it to burn and hurt each time. This is extremely unsanitary given the times of COVID, my blood is literally on her tools and many others. I’m not sure if this is their standard or if they think cutting their clients with tools is acceptable but its the second time this has happened on ALL of my fingers. I’ve gone twice now to the woman in the first chair. Just warning everyone before you goes here

I went here to treat myself to a spa pedicure for my birthday. I read the reviews about the pedicures being painful. I decided to try anyway. I always pass this place on the bus and wanted to try them out. The woman who did my pedicure was overzealous with the cutting tool. She butchered my big toes’ cuticles. Basically cut the corners of my nail and ripped them off. My corners of my toes still hurt. The rest of the pedicure was great. My feet ended up looking nice.

Positive: CleanlinessI finally found a place that is mine. The atmosphere is always calm, the workers are always professional, the standard of work is pretty good. If you want your feet done quick, a little digging in and good quality go to Nana if you want your feet done with a little more patience and great quality go to Rosie. When it comes to a mani, I’ve gotten regular gel here its starts to chip in 2 weeks but my job requires handwork so maybe that is the reason, I’ve also gotten tips done and they seem to be worth it by Nana. I will say they charge for every little thing but im a frequent customer regardless of that. Parking is usually easy there is a mini parking lot in front. They require an appointment the day of and social distance and cleanliness is on point.I finally found a place that is mine. Very expensive, paid $59 for full set and pedicure. They charge extra for a regular nail polish. Waited for 3 hours to get work started. Work done neatly, but with one crooked finger.

Orchid was thorough and very professional. The best pedi-mani I have had in a while. The Salon is very clean, warm and friendly. You are greeted by owner and offered a complimentary bevarage served in glassware. Very sophisticated. The service was worth the price. Will definitely revisit.
