She was sweet. However when I arrived two women were basically arguing about when to do a training at the desk. My stylist took me back. I showed and explained what I wanted. Got about a 30 second shampoo. No conditioner. Back to the chair. Very little cutting. I asked about bangs and texture and she said she would do that after drying. Well no bangs. No texture or layers. Just spent money I didn’t really have and now have to go somewhere else to do it again and have it done right. Won’t be going back.
