Viki did my pedicure. She was gentle & really took the extra time to make the experience good. Helena did my nails. I asked her to adjust a few things for me and she never had an issue satisfying my requests. She took her time to ensure I was completely happy with my gel fill. This salon has great workers and I will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend

Went for a spa pedicure since I was given a gift certificate for my birthday. I asked what was included and she explained it takes an hour and 15 minute extra massage. The woman, Carmen, did not seem to want to do the job. The massage was less then a normal pedicure and she barely put any pressure. She moved quickly through the polish and I had to ask her to fix the edges of my nails because they weren’t done right. It cost $65. I was finished 25 minutes early – it took the same time as a normal pedicure. When I went up to the desk I saw the woman look at the clock. I asked her about it and I could tell she knew but still charged me the full price. I am not going back here again. It’s just the principle of it. Don’t advertise something you don’t do.

I went here once to get a regular manicure and the woman who did my nails did a fine job. I went back for a gel manicure about a month later and got a different woman who did an awful job. She asked if I wanted my nails filed not cut and I said yes because I wanted my nails to be longer and she filed them down to underneath my skin. I got red on my nails for the first time ever and she did such a sloppy job and the polish was all over my fingers when I left. They were rude when I called just to let them know I was really unhappy with their services. Will not be returning.

I have been going to Graceful Nails for gel manicures and regular pedicures. They always do an amazing job! The salon is clean and very professionally run. Sonia and Angela are the absolute best. I walked in specifically asked for a gel polish changed on my nails, then they charged me for a gel manicure which is ten dollars over what I wanted. Then while getting my nails done the lady that was doing it kept trying to add on things that do not come with this service and when I said no she proceeded to argue with me. Then kept telling me my nails were awful when I just went through a very intense surgery and I wasn’t too happy with them. Honestly just save your money and go else where.

I got my nails done for the first time with gel manicure. The woman use an electric nail buffer. Apparently she was not experience enough with this machine because when I had the gels taken off my nails were ruined. Now I have to wait at least six months for them to grow and get back to normal. There is ridges peeling and flaking and my nails are ruined.

I just had the most relaxing pedicure at Graceful Nails! The nail tech was very professional, she took her time, and transitioned my toes so they are sandal ready. The time spent massaging my feet exceeded expectations, and it was delightful. A bonus back rub at the dryer while 90s light rock / pop played in the background. I’d recommend Graceful Nails to anyone and will certainly be coming back again!
