I booked for 3 services and only 2 were available due to the lack of staff. One of the 2 went fine. The other, a facial, was horrific. I don’t believe the technician was qualified for the service because the following morning I woke up with long scratches all over my face, indicating that she was just cutting my face, I was probably bleeding and didn’t know. I would have appreciate it if Tiffany had communicated that she didn’t know how to do microdermabrasion instead of forcing it and made my face worse. The complimentary wine was delicious. I Decided to give this place a try due to the reviews. I booked for 3 services and only 2 were available due to the lack of staff. One of the 2 went fine. The other, a facial, was horrific.
