I went to this store for the first time today. Lurbin gave me an excellent hair cut which is perfect for my hair type. Service was pretty quick and excellent. Staffs are amazing and wanted to give their best to you with extra care. They are cheap and best. They also offer 15% discount for new client, which I forgot to ask for at the checkout. Overall great experience for a very reasonable price.

As soon as I walked in here I felt like I walked into the dollar store to get my hair done. The owner was extremely disrespectful and screamed at us like this was the zoo. I have never seen anyone treat a customer the way I was treated. Honestly if the owner and the worker there treat people like that all the time, the business will close soon. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. There are better ones out there for sure, it was a mistake to come here. Also after booking and relying on them, they cancel the appointment because the specialist isn’t there. Unreliable and rude.

initially I thought everybody was so lovely and nice. However I did have a bad experience and I feel like I should share because I have given them ample opportunity to try and address it, and sadly despite me being pleasantly persisent, all they have done is ignored me.
