I love my haircut! I wanted a cute medium length cut with maybe a few layers. The end result was even better than I had imagined it in my head. The length is exactly what I asked for and I love the little bit of layers she added. Chelsea is super nice and her salon is so cute. I’m really pleased with my experience. I definitely recommend going to her.

My experience with Ms. CHELSEA was incredible. Her vision for my hair was clear and continued to develop as she worked on my difficult 3 hour color and 2 color highlighting, cut and style. She is bright, professional, meticulous in her work and dedicated to her craft. She works methodically and carefully, never rushing even though she had to push back the appointment behind me as my hair required more time to perfect. My daughter is a long-time client of hers and thankfully treated me to this risen star. She also designed her spacious studio in a beautiful mid-century-modern furnishings style. My hair is absolutely stunning and a look i would not have envisioned or chosen but I asked her to do as she thought best. Thank you Chelsea! I am Perfect! All I get are compliments!

Chelsea is amazing. I was busy at work and forgot to mention that I had very thick, long hair. I always give a new stylist a heads up. Chelsea spent hours with me, and was so patient and thorough. I am very bad about explaining what I want with a cut and color and she did such an amazing job with my hair. I don’t want to put unrealistic expectations on her, but she took about 5 years off my age. I found my person. 🙂

Excellent all the way around! Chelsea is an artist and is very intentional in what she does. Have never felt this comfortable on a first visit. She spent time getting a feel for my hair, she listened to me, made some suggestions and then gave me the best cut ever. “I guarantee my work, so if something doesn’t look right, come back and I’ll make it right”. This kind of service and attitude is hard to find. Telling everyone about this great experience.

Just moved to the Maplewood area a couple months back and needed to find a new stylist. My hair is very thin and very hard to work with so I was very hesitant to find someone new. So glad I called Chelsey. She is absolutely wonderful. Chelsey was so personable and easy to talk to. She gave me one of the best cuts that I have ever had at a great price. This salon is new to the community but is sure to grow with Chelsey there. Any guy that is particular about their hair need to see Chelsey!

This lady knows how to work with hair! She keeps up on the latest styles, color options and associated products for after care. Besides being a doll, Chelsea gives you her undivided attention during your time in the chair. No running to answer phone, working other clients while your color sets or such. I have been a client for a few years, my hair is one of the few things I think deserves first class fashion treatment. That is why I go back.

After 30 + years of coloring over my grays, I decided it was time to embrace my 50’s and let my grays shine. So I searched for a colorist in STL which brought me to the Grace Taylor Salon. Chelsey had a number of great reviews so I booked an appointment and told her what I wanted. Two hours and way too many baby-light foils than I could count, Chelsey gave me beautiful chrome and silver highlights that looked so natural, I was shocked! It was EXACTLY what I wanted! Thank you so much, Chelsey, for giving me my gorgeous grays!
