She has brought me from dark coloring to a beautiful balayage & then back to dark again — all while making sure my hair is healthy! The stylist I booked (Kelly) weeks in advanced, canceled my appointment an hour before my appointment time. They showed no respect neither for my time nor business, I was very disappointed and wasted a day moving things around to get my hair done. The stylist I booked (Kelly) weeks in advanced, canceled my appointment an hour before my appointment time. They showed no respect neither for my time nor business, I was very disappointed and wasted a day moving things around to get my hair done. Horrible experience.
