I tried Grace Nails out for the first time last Friday afternoon, and was so glad they took me as a walk-in around 3:30 pm, right before the holiday weekend rush. I called to make sure they could accommodate me, but saw how busy they got as they were finishing with me.

They were covid careful and only had the three of in the salon and took all the necessary precautions as well as giving us all a great pedicure with hot stone massage. Definitely recommend!

Friendly, knowledgeable technician. They priced matched a Groupon for me on a Sunday morning. I just called ahead. I can’t say they would do that again but, I can say it is nice, really nice! My nail beds are in terrible shape and they did the best they could and I thought have sound advice.

Had a horrible experience at this place. Took my daughter for a mani and pedi. No one so much as greeted or acknowledged us when we walked in. The place had a strong, unpleasant chemical odor, even with the door wide open (which by the way made it uncomfortably cold inside). There was a basket upfront with designs but nothing posted as to pricing for those designs and nothing posted as to up charges for nail polishes. The tech came to get us, again not in a friendly way, and told me the polish I chose would be an up charge even though other salons do not charge extra for that kind of polish. She led us back for the pedi but what she did was essentially just a polish change and she didn’t even keep the polish off the surrounding skin. Then she started the mani and the owner sitting next to her gruffly proclaimed that the design would cost a extra $5/nail. That’s kind of nuts and I told her we were already paying more than a kids’ mani pedi should cost but she insisted I pay extra. I said fine but then the tech did the polish and it looked nothing like the sample design. My daughter was not happy with it but no one bothered to ask her or me if we were happy. They didn’t even escort us to the drying area or so much as utter a please or thank you. The couple that owns the place was unfriendly and they and the employees continually yelled to each other in a different language. Needless to say, there are countless better places to go in the area and this is the most I have paid for a kids’ mani and pedi and yet the worst result we’ve had.
