Took my elderly friend for a nail day. We asked a lady if we could purchase some flip flops, she just looked at us weird and sat back down as if we were bothering her. Another lady got up and yelled at us and told me to sit down and wait. The male guy that massages people came to us shortly after and attended us. Id say he was the kindest person there. These ladies need to check their attitude with customers who ARE PAYING!! There was absolutely nothing mean or rude that we did or said. Another customer sitting next to us was also appalled by what she witnessed.

They advertised they are open till 7pm. I walked their in the humid sub and it is 4:43pm and the woman said she has no time for me. There was one person getting their nails done. It’s unfortunate too because I live a few blocks away. Dont post 7pm! Or say by appointment only. False advertising.

It’s owned by a husband and wife who literally go above and beyond for all their customers. They not only know all of their salons clients (not only their own) but they remember fine details. (I stopped going for 2 years because I had kids and no time but when I went back Alice remembered the colors I got 5 years prior and details about my husband I had randomly told her once !!!) The prices are the most reasonable in the area, they’re clean and I love them! I never stick to the same place for anything. Honestly, nothing beats the ownership of this place. It’s owned by a husband and wife who literally go above and beyond for all their customers. They not only know all of their salons clients (not only their own) but they remember fine details. This is hands down the best nail salon in town. The shop owners are incredibly kind and their customer service is great. Kevin, I believe is one of the owners. He gives THE BEST pedicures. He went above and beyond for me the other day, I could have fallen asleep in the chair.

From the moment I enter this nail salon I was treated with the most amazing service. Every one is so nice pilote sweet professional they take care of their customers like family. Nicole did just an incredible job on my nails I did SNS powder for the first time I love it !!!! The salon makes me feel so comfortable especially since I just move to the area.
