Horrible experience! The lady filed the skin of my toenails. And cut my finger. She didnt remove all the previous nailpolish completely because “my nails are too deep”. I ve never see someone do such a messy job (bubbles, etc)

Grace is awesome! But Larry is my guy! He always does a wonderful job on my nails! BUT… if it wasn’t for either of them..smh I wouldn’t be a customer here. I’ve never complained of anything, but over the years I’ve been a customer there, the lady in the 1st chair needs to change her attitude. Poor attitude leads to bad service, which is what she gives off. She’s money hungry and it shows. Just do a better job and you’ll get the money!

Grace Nails is overpriced but because they are in such close proximity to me and they’re open on Sundays, I visit them every now and then, mostly for a pedicure. They came through for me this past weekend because a few weeks ago I went to another local nail shop and my pedicure was a disaster. Lily who did my pedicure fixed the disastrous acrylic job that was done on my toes and she really took her time to make sure my feet and toes looked amazing. The owner, Grace, is always present and pleasant, but she is always trying to get the clients to buy some extra package or pay extra for something. I understand that she’s a businesswoman, but its a little off putting at times. Nonetheless, I would recommend this spot if you’re willing to wait, but not in a rush to get your service done quickly. They take their time with you, but its worth it especially since theyre a bit over priced. If you want your fingernails done, I’d recommend the only male tech that works there, but he always has a set of people waiting on him. He is pretty good, best to make an appointment with him if youre interested.

They very concern about the Tip than customer’s satisfaction, I offered $10 and she insisted on 12. I was disgusted. They also place a plastic bag under your feet and use same water in the bag to wash your feet from start to the end.

Mark my words… AVOID this nail salon. You will be disappointed. The comments you’ve read previously about their poor quality of work is 100% accurate. I’ve been here twice. My first experience was horrible. I went to get my nails done for my bday, asked for a design and it was done poorly. When I told the male nail tech that I wasn’t happy with his work BEFORE he finished.. he continued to ignore me until he exploded in anger and started yelling and arguing with me because I told him I wouldn’t pay until my nails were done properly. I decided to go back because I didn’t think it was fair to judge their entire business on one nail tech’s work and unprofessional attitude.

Horrible job! Polish was left on my skin, acrylic was weak and not done right! Two nails have broke in the past 4 days and the shape is horrible! Three nails are beyond crooked! I DON’T recommend this place! It sucks! $30 wasted. I wish I could give it a -5 stars.
