This is one of those places where you feel like visiting an old friend. The entire staff is so welcoming and kind.. From practical perspective, after almost 3 weeks of getting a non chip manicure my nails look AMAZING. I guess when you put heart into your work it becomes an art 🙂 I’m coming back today for manicure and pedicure and I know I’ll have a great time. Truly recommend for those who need to relax, take a little break from daily routine, and meet some nice people. All the best to the entire team at Grave Nail & Spa inc.. you’re the best! ❤

I called ahead about a last-minute walk-in for a french pedicure and they were able to fit me into their schedule. Facility is warm, clean, and inviting. Staff are just the right amount of attentive, without being overbearing (I’m not one who loves chitchat during a service, and had a lovely peaceful time). Sarah was wonderful to work with, as well as Annie and Grace. Would definitely recommend and come again!

January 2022 Edit: I went to get a gel mani 2 weeks ago. I went to my regular nail tech Anna (she left a few years ago but came back. Another note: Tatiana is no longer here, so I recommend Anna or Annie – both are flawless). When removing my previous gel, Anna even asked me if she did my gel or if I did it. Then at the end of my appointment they charged me an extra $5 for removing my gel, “because I did it myself.” Absolutely ridiculous. Do you charge $2 to remove regular polish if someone “did it themselves?” No, because that’s absurd. I have been a regular and loyal customer since spring 2016. I have been getting monthly gel manicures/regular pedicures since spring 2017. When the pandemic hit, I didn’t know what to do about my gel manicures, so I bought my own gel polishes and lamp (for the price of a gel mani, I might add). Since then, I’ve done my own gel about half the time to save a little here and there. Clearly I’m good at doing them myself – they always compliment me and obviously can’t even tell if I did them or they did. Today, I went to have my gel from 2 weeks ago removed, to take a break. Grace did it and she did it extremely fast. In the past, they make your natural nails look presentable doing a gel removal, but I had to go home and fix mine for about 30 minutes today. Grace was so aggressive on my brittle pinky nail that I left the salon bleeding (see photo). I understand my pinky was thin (hence why I’m taking a break), but gentle please! Then she charged me $10. Excuse me, wasn’t it $5 2 weeks ago? Now suddenly it’s $10? According to their philosophy, today’s removal should be free since “they did it themselves.” I hate to be that person posting an essay—and I will probably still go to Grace Nail for gel removal (I will certainly be doing my own gel from now on) and pedicures—but Grace Nail is certainly in the business of pissing off loyal customers.

My Daughter and I found this hidden Gem this Afternoon, We definitely will return! I was very impressed by the clean store, and kind and funny nail techs. Amazing. They were able to fit me in quickly, even when it was busy. They also took extra time to make sure I was happy with their work as they proceeded. Very kind staff, clean location, and friendly environment. Additionally, I got my nails done 5 days ago (NOT no chip, regular polish) and it still looks amazing. I work with my hands for a living, so this has literally never happened before. I will definitely be back!
