I’ve been a customer for over 5+ years. This is the best salon! Other salons use old polish, nails chip immediately, but not at Grace’s. My regular (no gel) pedicure always last a minimum of 3 weeks, with gel can go up to 5! I always do SNS on my hands. Cannot count how many family and friends I’ve recommended here. Thanks again for another flawless SNS

Love the service. I called at the last minute and they let me come in and I didn’t have to wait for it. The person who did my nail was really sweet and nice. Usually when you go to Asian nail salon they are always talking in their language and laugh which makes me feel like they are talking about me or my nails but I didn’t get that vibe or feeling when I was there. Love how she worked on my nail. The pic I have uploaded is after one week yet it still looks great.

Not very nice and good attitude. It was empty when I was there and the only one. They pick and choose their customers. 2 walked in, and they asked if they had appointments, which they said no and then was serviced. Another 2 walked in about 15 minutes later and asked if they had availability and was straight up told no they don’t. They had workers in the back just cleaning up or what not, I’m watching them walk around. Also the older lady who did my mani did a bad job on the cuticles and paint job. She also did not do the massage and wrap for my pedicure. I watched 3 others get mani/pedis and had full service treatment. I’m not even going to mention what I think about how they treat according to race/ethnicity. Looks at the pics of mani from only 9 hrs ago.

They’re very rude. They charged me $53 one day and did not do put the overcoat. Later when I called to come back, they charged me $16 for color change where their board says $8. They’re very bad at doing nails N only takes care whoever pays more. So disappointed

Prices are a few dollars lower than neighboring salons. Nail technicians are very skilled. Can be very busy with long wait especially if a walk in.

Grace does a very good SNS manicure. The salon is always packed and even if you have an appointment you can be waiting a very long time. The salon as a whole is very very dirty though. I used to come here religiously for years and stopped because I always found myself waiting a very long time and it was just not very cleanly.

I just went here yesterday and they did the shape so bad, I asked the lady for coffin and she made them all squares and the shape doesn’t even look nice on my middle finger. They all look horrible and I am not pleased with what I got. It is not coffin, clearly my thumb one looks like a freaking square. They are also not leveled properly. My middle finger nail is shorter then the others.

This salon is great for those who love powder gel and looking for ENDLESS range of colors. The technicians do a great job and pay close attention when serving customers who want powder gel. However, I only get color gel for my nails and the service I receive is different. The technicians rush the details for color gel and they NEVER honor appointment times. I have been here three times and had to wait 30 minutes each time even with appointments. If you want an awesome powder gel manicure, this is the place for you
