The owner is so sweet and does such a great job! I can trust her completely to give me a great cut/ frame that lasts for months and grows out nicely. I’ve had problems at other salons because they cut my hair as if it’s always worn pin straight, so when I wash it at home it dries frizzy and/ or with ‘layers’ out of a nightmare. I don’t have to wonder what my hair is going to look like after I wash it for the first time at home when I go here! She actually listens, knows how to treat my hair and gives really great advice/ ideas for the cut. It comes out looking better than ever! I never have any idea what I’m doing when it comes to styling terminology, but she explains it well. Thank you for always exceeding my expectations!

I had a great experience at this salon. I made a last minute appointment for hair color and cut. Sheetal did a great job giving my limp, thin hair volume and shine. I found this salon to be clean and the staff friendly. There prices are very reasonable. I love that they offer a bunch of services, so you can do a glow-up in one afternoon. I will definitely be going back.

The eyebrow threading here was great at first but the more I kept coming here, the worst it got. Yesterday, I went in for an eyebrow threading/eyebrow tint after finding a sale for it on Groupon. I paid a little over $25 for and was excited to save some money. I walked in and when I told Shivani about the Groupon deal she said it was only for new customers. I wish it was advertised as such. Then, I told her I’m trying to grow my eyebrows out so please just clean up the end and the front of my brows, no shape. I’m not sure what was going through her mind but she left my thicker eyebrows with 2 different shapes. My eyebrows haven’t been this thin in 10 years and I look ridiculous. Then, her boss tried to fix it since the tint shape looked hideous as well. I expressed my feelings as soon as I saw my eyebrows because I was in complete shock and honestly I just wanted to cry. When she was threading my upper lip she was so rough and then I was even more upset. How could you be annoyed when you’re the one that gave a disservice to a loyal client that’s ALWAYS asked for you? Absolutely ridiculous. And the worst part is that they redeemed my Groupon, they made me pay for the ugliest, worst eyebrow service ever. And on top of that for some odd reason, they charged me an extra $4. I also took money out with their ATM which was a $2.50 surcharge, so I ended up paying for all services when I shouldn’t have, such a bad business tactic after terrible service. Absurd. I had forgotten my wallet in the car and literally came back crying and they still made me pay. As I cried, Shivani made me give her my phone so she could redeem my Groupon and I didn’t realize that’s what she was doing since I was crying and on the phone. She kept telling me to come back and promising me a couple of free services but I don’t believe that. I want my money back. I don’t deserve this, I always come in happily with good vibes and wait as long as I need to, patiently. I’ve never complained. Valentines Day is in a month and my eyebrows will never grow back by then. I’m angry and I feel betrayed and played. Ever since I’ve started coming, the past few times, my eyebrows kept thinning out but I kept going back just trying to believe in them since I’m somewhat new to this area, only moved in about 8 months ago and have been struggling to find a new brow tech. Smh, point is, do not trust these people with your eyebrows. And I deserve my MONEY BACK!!!! Just look at these pictures…what in the world is this???????

Signature Facial with Anu. I bought 2 Groupon facials for my daughter and I to go together. The facial I received from Anu was the best facial I’ve ever received in my life!
