Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityDO NOT BOOK! Very unprofessional My husband booked a prenatal massage for me on OCT 25th drove over an hour for them to tell me my appt was cancelled and that my Groupon voucher was redeemed because I didn’t arrive to my 5pm appt when it was scheduled for 6pm they lack communication they stated a confirmation text was sent to my number which it never was I don’t even think that’s something they do I asked Lilly to confirm the number the text was sent to and it took her forever to provide me the information she literally went to my voucher to retrieve that information she wasn’t helpful nor was the Manager I spoke to the manager shortly after maybe almost an hour about the situation that had taken place and he scheduled me for a different day minutes later after seeing that I had written a bad review on Groupon he canceled my appointment and blocked my number even tho my review was 100% true and it was a mistake on their end. DO NOT BOOK!
