Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe only reason I come here is the convenience of the location. HOWEVER- every single time over the past 6 years they are extremely rude and disrespectful. My salon visit never is less than $65.00 each time. They constantly take people who have come after me with no appointment- before me. I call before I come to find out when I can come in- they say come in now, she’ll take you now, I say- I’ll be there in five minutes- when I get there they say wait an hour. They are beyond rude and disrespectful, and not to mention how filthy the place is. They treat me like they are doing me a favor my doing my nails- like I’m inconveniencing them. Like my money is no good. It’s bizarre how they treat me. The only reason I come here is the convenience of the location. HOWEVER- every single time over the past 6 years they are extremely rude and disrespectful. My salon visit never is less than $65.00 each time. They constantly take people who have come after me with no appointment- before me. Positive: Quality, ValueAcrylic job made by Grace and Daysi is nice good job. im very happy w the work they do. I Always show them exactly what i want and they do it and if i dont like it or i want them to make my nails shorter or rounder they do it without attitude like other places.

Critical: Cleanliness, ValueThe salon I usually go to had an insane wait and I really needed a pedi so I went to the Starbucks that’s across the street from Grace & Loren’s and noticed the nail salon and thought, how bad could it be right? 1st of all, the whole place needs a face-lift. There’s dirt, dust and grime in the crevices of the furniture, the mirrors are dirty, there’s outdated supplies and old polish bottles. My pedicure was okay but the experience was meh. I also didn’t like that they only sprayed Clorox spray on the tools after using them (I wish I saw before I sat down) – I prefer seeing a much more thorough clean with disinfectant and the UV machine. The salon I usually go to had an insane wait and I really needed a pedi so I went to the Starbucks that’s across the street from Grace & Loren’s and noticed the nail salon and thought, how bad could it be right? 1st of all, the whole place needs a face-lift. The girl who did my feet took her time and made sure my feet were done correctly. The girl who did my nails took the time to make sure I was happy with my color choices and made sure my design came out just how I wanted. I will be coming back.
