Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have long, thick, blonde hair and have been called “Mufasa” more than once by former stylists. I have had a lot of bad hair cuts/styles/coloring due to my hair’s curly texture and just having ALOT of hair that people don’t know what to do with. Over a year ago, I admired a co-workers hair, and she recommended I give Grace Kelly a try, which I was hesitant to do because it was 45 min away. After getting my first cut and color by Kelly, I’ve decided I’ll never go anywhere else. I always come out with the perfect shade of blonde and the beautiful cut to match it. Plus the prices are really affordable. Kelly provides exceptional recommendations to compliment my skin tone/face shape/etc when I don’t really know what I want to do with it. I whole-heartedly trust her with my mane and always know I’ll leave there looking fabulous. Her staff is really fun to be around and are always kind and helpful (+ sometimes there’s cute puppies). I have long, thick, blonde hair and have been called “Mufasa” more than once by former stylists. I have had a lot of bad hair cuts/styles/coloring due to my hair’s curly texture and just having ALOT of hair that people don’t know what to do with. Over a year ago, I admired a co-workers hair, and she recommended I give Grace Kelly a try, which I was hesitant to do because it was 45 min away. Katelynn is really good with communication and will make sure that we talk through exactly what I want and that we both fully understand how she is going to cut the hair before she starts. The last haircut I got from her I asked for a more gender neutral/androgynous cut because of how I was exploring my gender. We had an open and candid conversation about how I want to look, how I view myself, and how she can help me feel more secure in my gender. She was so supportive from the start to the finish! I really can’t recommend her enough! I started going to Katelynn a few years ago and now she is the only person I trust with my hair. I know every time I go there I will get a good haircut. Katelynn is really good with communication and will make sure that we talk through exactly what I want and that we both fully understand how she is going to cut the hair before she starts. The last haircut I got from her I asked for a more gender neutral/androgynous cut because of how I was exploring my gender. This salon is the best! I went after finding them on google and they did not disappoint. My hair was cut, colored, and styled and looked just how I wanted it and it was gorgeous! They also have dogs around which made it more relaxed and everyone there was welcoming and friendly!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had a lash lift done a few days ago and was not happy with the results at all. Was left with tons of glue on my eyelids and eyelashes and overall not the results I was looking for. I politely reached out to the salon through email explaining my frustration as the lash lift and tint service is $120, and was met with the owner being condescending and rude toward me and denying me a refund because “I left the salon happy.” I didn’t realize how bad the results were until I looked at them closely at home, and the results have gone down significantly since then. How was I supposed to say something immediately when I couldn’t tell off the bat? I typically never write bad reviews or request refunds but this was truly a terrible experience.
