No star deserved! This was the worst massage. The crew left the room a couple times, they didn’t asked if the pressure was alright, and when asking for more pressure, no action was taken. Very sad! They are also asked for an undeserving 40% tip!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismMy parents love this place and recommended it to me. I called to see if they had any openings at 7:34 pm for a massage. I saw that they closed at 9:00pm on Google so I wanted to make sure it wasn’t too late. I spoke with a gentleman and he told me that I could be seen tonight and to make sure I brought cash. I went to the ATM to get more cash (so that I could leave a nice tip) and arrived at 7:50 p.m. When I arrived the open sign wasn’t lit and the door was locked but the lights were on inside. I called back and spoke to the same gentleman and let him know that I was outside. He said “Yea, come tomorrow we’re closed” I was confused since we just spoke and made the appointment. I asked him why he didn’t tell me that over the phone earlier instead of making the appointment tonight. I wasted a trip for nothing! He said “Yea we close at 8, come tomorrow”.I wish I would have gotten to experience this place since they were recommended. However, after the poor communication and lack of customer service I will be spending my money somewhere else.My parents love this place and recommended it to me. I saw that they closed at 9:00pm on Google so I wanted to make sure it wasn’t too late. I spoke with a gentleman and he told me that I could be seen tonight and to make sure I brought cash.
