Critical: Professionalism, QualityShe threaded almost my whole eyebrow off and left a little line of hair and thought it was fine. After she asked me for a tip and was being rude when i gave her the tip. She also was saying that my eyebrows were already that thin when i have photo proof of them never being that way. she kept defending herself instead of apologizing.Service: Eyebrow threading

I have been getting my eyebrows done with Nimisha for over 15 years and it hurts to say that the experience has been the most unpleasant over the last several years. Since she is the only one the typically doesn’t mess up eyebrows, theres often a high demand for her. On multiple occasions (including today), I’ve been pushed to the side so people who have come AFTER me were attended to. This isnt the worst part – it seems that every time it is my turn, she is so busy with calls and talking to other clients that she rushes through the threading and leaves me with mismatched, extremely thin eyebrows. This has happened countless times but I have never spoken up because of the long relationship. I haven’t come to the salon in over two years for this reason and only went today because of an emergency. Never again. If you need a quality threader who will take their time with each client and ensure their clients needs are met, go to any other salon on Hillside Ave like Lotus Beauty Salon. If don’t want to grow out your eyebrows for god knows how long, find another place.

I had an appointment to get my hair done. When I get in, I was not given as warm of a welcome as others who came after me.They kept taking people who needed their eyebrows done and also took two people for their hair before me. I waited about an hour and 30 minutes before walking out.

I’ve been going to this beauty salon for 4 years to thread my eyebrows and this place never disappoints me! Not gonna lie but I can only have a certain lady that works there to thread my eyebrows but that’s only because I have really thick hair and it hurts when the other workers go slow, so I need someone fast. They are a great salon!! I would recommend to many!!

They are in a rush all the time , and even when you ask them to do something properly they won’t listen to you. She did my eye brows pretty well but that’s it. The rest of the service was crappy, never go there for waxing!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I called to book a waxing appointment and confirm I could use Group On and they said they said they did but once I went to pay they told me that it was only for their other location. So basically they just scam you so you pay there and then redeem the voucher at their other location. also the wax BURNED my skin bad and as of now I am still IN PAIN. So really DO NOT go there. It is worth spending a few more dollars and going somewhere hygienic and safe.
