She was taught well by her mother and sisters who are all professional. They did my daughter hair as well and they did a great job . I’m excited and WILL be back. Yall come check them out. I had an Awesome experience at Grace Braids. GRACE did my hair and she is only 10 years old..Groomed for the business early and did excllent with my hair. She was taught well by her mother and sisters who are all professional. They did my daughter hair as well and they did a great job . I’m excited and WILL be back. Yall come check them out. I originally came in on a Saturday just to inquire about their services.I was met by two friendly young ladies and after that brief exchanged I realized that this was the place that will perform my hair braiding.I came in the next day I was late 30 minutes late but they still accommodated me.The job was very professional it was neat I like it I would recommend anybody in the Snellville Loganville Lilburn area if you need your hair braided professionally done and reasonably priced come to Grace hair salon.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI booked a 3:30 appointment with the owner, Grace and she confirmed that she would be doing my hair. I was reluctant to book an appointment becuz when I called her, there were a lot of kids in the background talking. She seemed to be more engaged with their conversation than speaking with me. When I arrived in the parking lot of the shop, I called Grace from my car to confirm her location. She confirmed I was at the right shop and I told her that I would see her when I come in. She said ok. When I walked in the shop, I ask to speak to Grace. A young stylist said to me Grace is not here. I was confused and told her that I just spoke to Grace a second before walking in, and she is to braid my hair. Also, I stated that I had a 3:30 appointment . The young stylist (about 21) begin to explain to me that Grace is the owner and she books all the appointments. I asked her if Grace braids hair. She replied yes, but she is out today. Then the young stylist said Grace must not have known that there was somebody before me. While we are talking, a young white girl( about 18) had just sat in her chair preparing to get a ponytail done. Then the young stylist said to me that she could do my hair but it would take about 45 minutes which I knew was a lie. The client had just sat in her chair and I knew it would take longer than 45 minutes. Basically, Grace booked me and another client at 3:30 and she expected me to wait. She offered me a seat in their seating area, but when I went to go have a seat, I noticed all the seats were very dirty with deep, dark stains. The shop was very dirty, and they had clothes piled up on the floor. I became very frustrated with Grace and her lack of professionalism so I walked out. I texted her with my concerns. Grace never ever responded to my texts nor reached out to apologize for the inconveniences. Grace is classless and unprofessional. Grace has an attitude as if u need her and she doesn’t value her customers concern. Grace has no integrity. If she did, she would not have deceived me and she would have handle it the right way. And that is with honesty. If u are looking for good customer service and a place that is clean, please do not go to Grace Braid shop in Snellville near the Waffle House. I moved here from NY in 2015. I tried several different salons which ultimately resulted in damage to my hair. Then I found Grace Salon and Eva. I’ve been coming in for a few year now and my hair has gotten very healthy. I have not, I repeat HAVE NOT gone anywhere else since. I love all the ladies here!!!
