Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe owner was very rude. Had me waiting for almost 2 hours despite the fact that she gave me an appointment. Ask her to tighten the crochet because they were loosening up and she lied that she fixed it.Asked kindly to reduce my crochet since it was too puffy and she got agitated and cut chunks of the hair off and told me she had to leave her customer to do my hair. I guess my money and time were not valuable.The other ladies at the shop tried to fix her mess. Never going back.The owner was very rude. The owner was very rude. Had me waiting for almost 2 hours despite the fact that she gave me an appointment. Critical: ProfessionalismI booked an appointment w/ Grace, the owner and paid my deposit as requested. The day before my appointment she texted me to confirm my appointment. I explained to her that I would be running a little late due to babysitter issues. She told me that she had another appointment scheduled after me and her schedule could not be altered. I then tried to get an alternate time but she stopped responding to all of my messages after that. Grace handled the situation very unprofessionally. I then requested my deposit back still no reply. I booked an appointment w/ Grace, the owner and paid my deposit as requested. The day before my appointment she texted me to confirm my appointment. I explained to her that I would be running a little late due to babysitter issues. She told me that she had another appointment scheduled after me and her schedule could not be altered. Positive: QualityI got knotless braids. I am pleased with the work, they are cute and it’s not tight! The ladies were nice and professional. Just two things! Shampoo your hair yourself and come in with your hair clean and ready to braid.
