Bailey is absolutely phenomenal! The very first time I came to see her.. I came with a janky cut the needed to be fixed from a different salon.. she did an amazing job fixing it. She spends hours (Atleast 4) working to get my hair however I decide I want it that visit. I have never left her chair unsatisfied! Needless to say, I will never see anyone besides Bailey again.

I thought I did a good job of explaining what a wanted and even had a picture ready, but I walked away with something vastly different. At first I was somewhat satisfied (the lighting wasn’t good) but when I got home realized there was more that needed to be cut. I called that day and very nicely asked if we could cut more from the back. I went back and explained further what I was looking for. It was much closer to what I wanted the second time, but when I asked if I owed her anything she said she needed to charge me for the time and charged me half the amount of the original haircut.
