I had my first experience here today and it was AMAZING!! I have tried the float pods before and the sauna was so much more relaxing to me. The business is very nice and the pods are fantastic! Very easy to use and you can set to your own comfort level. I will definately be back!

I’ve been dealing with Rheumatoid arthritis for 7 years and living in pain for all of those years. Went for a 45 minute sauna and it was the first time I have been pain free in those 7 years. If you have any joint damage or swelling, I highly recommend going. Very clean, polite, and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

I am SO EXCITED this business came to Mattoon! I have circulation issues (neuropathy), chronic joint pain, and general muscle pains from stress. I was intrigued by the benefits of infrared sauna because they are similar to massage therapy benefits (except there’s more with infrared); however the pricing is significantly much more affordable than massage. I’ve been there twice so far and while I can’t say that all my problems are gone, I can say that it was definitely a positive experience that was well worth my money and I will continue to go because I feel the benefits will only increase. The back and leg vibration (you can control this) is soothing and I can almost feel it waking up sleepy cells, I sweat a bit (you can control this) and left feeling toasty warm, ultra hydrated (my skin was glowing/and no make-up!), relaxed yet energized, a little ‘lighter’, and generally ‘better’. I highly recommend trying this business! I really think anyone/everyone can benefit from the infrared therapy. I can’t wait til my next session!!

The most amazing experience for me. I have a medical condition that causes great pain. MY therapist and I thought it would not hurt to try this pod to see if it would help. I was so relaxed afterwards, my entire body, I first noticed my hands were not as drawn looking, the swelling went down in my legs over the next 24hrs. What this did to my body was the best form of treatment I could have received. The toxins moved out of my system, which in turn helped with swelling. I slept all night for the next four nights without waking up several times from the pain. I will be making this a part of my physical therapy (not replacing my therapy). I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from chronic pain. This in no way replaces medical treatment but it certainly helps. I cannot thank Scott and Cheryl enough for caring enough to open a location such as this one.
