I always usually go to got nails for my gel acrylics preferably with Elaine because she by far has the most experience with acrylics. Today like usual i went with my friend but Elaine hadn’t been working, i chose to do a SIMPLE nail idea (coffin shape and the color was light pink) no difficult designs or anything. I showed an exact picture of what i wanted but walked out with something completely different because i was too frustrated to say anything to the nice lady. I am not upset with the lady that did my nails today that wasn’t my usual nail tech but however if you aren’t the best at certain nail styles please speak up and say that it’s not your expertise rather than letting the shy customer walk out with less money and something they aren’t happy with. Chair #5 did this work. Absolutely disgusted with my nails. Got a pedicure + gel polish on my toes and a full gel set on my nails, paying $10 each of the rhinestone nail. In total it came to $100 + the 20% tip I gave. This is what I got. I’m not even sure how this place has a 4.3 rating. Not to mention my nails are extremely thick. This really isn’t acceptable work and I’ll never be going here again.

Elaine (not sure if spelling is correct) has done my acrylic nail manicure and also a pedicure just this evening and took so much time to give me an amazing experience and it was very relaxing and some people will rush through it but she took her time to make sure that I was able to enjoy the entire experience and I got a French tip and she made them look beautiful! I’ve been to got nails many times and each time is very good I would recommend them to anybody! Thank you guys so much will be back very soon

Don’t waste your money. I had a gel manicure and was done in 20 min. My nails are sore and my cuticles are red. Poor service. The girl doing my nails seemed annoyed she had to do them. This is below basic service. I read the reviews and thought it can’t be that bad. It was. It’s dirty in there. I put neosporin on my cuticles. Very disappointed.

Lesson learned, I saw the 4.4 ⭐️ rating and decided to make an appointment and went in for a pedicure. As I’m reading the reviews further, I started noticing a pattern that they are cutting peoples fingers or toes on a regular basis, does not matter which nail tech you get. I found this very odd, but since I’m already sitting in the chair lo and behold, the tech cuts my toe. Unbelievable since she did not say one word to me and continued to let it bleed while she was continuing the pedicure. Don’t know why I didn’t get up and just leave but you know how it is once you get in the chair, I think I was just in total shock. When I pointed it out to her before she started painting my toes, she did not say a word still, but went and got some kind of dropper full of some unknown liquid that was in a foreign language, and started to put it on my toe. I stopped her and asked her what this was and she said it was an antiseptic. Thank God I didn’t get a toe infection but the pain and redness lasted for over a week. The polish job that she did was fair will never go back to the salon.
