In the past, I had good experiences. Today is a different story. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted so I just sat down. I did not have an appointment, so I sat down. To be fair, there were 4 people ahead of me. Normally, an attendant would give me an estimate as to the wait time. Not today. After waiting about an hour, there didn’t seem to be an end in sight. When I asked about how long it would be the answer was “you’re next” I knew that much, and I mentioned that it would have been nice to have had an estimate when I walked in. She seemed like she wanted to argue. I know that if LV would have been there the experience would have been different. Very disappointed! Probably will find another salon.

Got 2B Nails is an excellent facility. They keep surfaces clean, wear masks, and have acrylic barriers. PLUS they do an excellent job with both manicures and pedicures! I could not get back in for a mani for 5 weeks, and my nails did not crack or peel. (Gel).

The place looks nice BUT…..They drown you out with a loud tv showing continuous news. They always try to up sell you rather than satisfying your needs. A nail tech here, tried to force me into getting gel and no chip nail polish. I said no because I prefer polish. She then starts telling me that the way I want my nails are “not trendy”. Long story short, they convince you to get your nails “trendy” so that you end up paying top dollar and leaving the shop faster because getting no chip will get you out of there in 45 minutes. There are very nice Caucasian American and African America Spas nearby that will respect you! This is a fast money Scam! Go where you are appreciated and can enjoy your pampering experience; and not get pushed out of the door.
