Beyond amazing. I personally haven’t been to a salon in over 12 years due to a bad experience. However Gossip has restored my faith. I would recommend. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, talked me through the process all while making sure I was comfortable. I felt like royalty. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.

I went in after having tried getting a pixie cut elsewhere that was completely awful. I had let it grow out for a couple of weeks hoping it would get better but it only got worse. I found Gossip’s Facebook page where they had before and after pictures of several styles, all of which were gorgeous. We drove there and I sat out front debating whether to chicken out or not. I finally went in and talked to Jessica, who they said was their expert on curly hair. She looked at my hair and told me what was wrong with it and said they could do their best to fix it. They fit me in that day with the stylist Ashley since I was afraid if I waited I may chicken out again and just deal with my awful hair. I’m so glad that I didn’t! Ashley asked me how I tend to my hair, what I like. I told them I didn’t like a lot of product and I air dry and they listened to what I said. Ashley started my cut but when Jessica freed up she finished it. Ashley wanted to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. Both of them did a wonderful job. I was amazed when it was done. I got a product that isn’t smelly or greasy or heavy feeling and helps tame my curls. The layers are great and it’s so adorable! I’ll definitely be going back there and recommending them to anyone with curly hair!

Got a cut last week. Friendly front desk person and the person that cut my hair, hailey, was nice too. Made a balayage appt for today and they had to cancel. Wasnt impressed with the conversation had to either reschedule with hailey or try someone else. Was told by hailey at the first appt that if I found something I didnt like with my haircut when I got home that she would fix it for free. I asked if I went ahead and came in with the person available if she would do that and she said they would have to charge. I thought that is fine, hailey is the one that told me that anyway, I can just reschedule with her. Apparently whoever was in the background thought it was outrageous that hailey would fix a haircut for free so she made a sarcastic comment in the background. Very unprofessional and I will not go back. I already had buyers remorse for when I went in for the first time to get my haircut because I noticed some unevenness and some longer chunks of hair in the back but this phone call just solidified my gut feeling about this salon in general.

I greatly recommend this salon to anyone! Ruth did my hair and I am soooo happy about it. Being my first time coming to Gossip salon I was very nervous! It has been the first time in years I have walked out of a salon with what I exactly wanted. She is compassionate and has patience. All the staff is very friendly too! Clean place with awesome welcoming atmoshpere. My hair was so dull came with two different colors and with a bad perm. But Ruth did a great job making my hair color to one only into a beautiful ashy blond. She also did a haircut and a brazilian blowout. All this took aproximately 5 hours but it was all worth it. Ruth is the best at what she does! You can tell her dedication and knowledge in her profession. I am very pleased and will continue to come here from now on. Thank you Ruth for such great job and thank you Gossip Salon for having such great stylists.
