I have been to Gossip in Gainesville and in Bristow. Bristow is closer to my house and I have been very happy there! The salon is pristine, tons of variety, and very clean. They have complimentary wine which is great, and the nail techs are awesome. Tina, in particular, is great. She did the best acrylic set with a fun, colored tip for my trip to Mexico and even over a week later, my nails almost look brand new. I think this is my official go to spot!!

I am a big fan of Gossip Nails in Gainesville so when they opened a second location in Bristow I was thrilled. Sadly, I have never been able to get service! The few times I walked in they were very busy (understandable). Sadly, they underquote how long the wait is which is very frustrating. Then I wised up and made an appointment and STILL had to wait 45 minutes before someone got to me.why bother taking appointments if you can’t honor them? I know staffing is a nationwide problem, but my advice to management is to just be truthful about the wait time and the availability of appointments.

The prettiest nail salons I’ve ever been to. They are very professional. Huge selection of colors. They only carry one brand so if you’re looking for an OPI color make sure you bring your own.

I made an appointment for my 2 girls and I to get pedicures. I waited 40 minutes for my service and by the time the tech started my pedicure the water in the basin had gotten cold. My 2 girls waited an hour. I definitely gained nothing by making an appointment. If they had told me when walked in that we’d be waiting 40-60 minutes I would have chosen to go elsewhere. The basic pedicure here is also much more basic than what I have gotten elsewhere. This visit was me giving them a second chance because the first time I went, my polish began to chip after less than a week. Do not plan to return.
