I came here with my sister for my birthday driving 45 minutes to try this salon. I was never welcomed in even though they were right by the door never stopped having their conversation. I debated leaving but we stayed. Unfortunately after I left, my nails started to bubble up almost forming like blackheads. When I called the salon to speak to the manager, she was unapologetic. She said I could drive all the way back to fix or I can get a “discount” on my next set. Why would I want to return when I have never had my nails do this before? She was in no way going to refund me some money so I could get them fixed more local to me. I am now out 80 dollars and left with black bubbled, THICK, uneven nails. Happy birthday to me! You can clearly see how thick they are and why they did not cure in the first place. Any manager would make this right. But apparently she does NOT want returning customers. I just wanted what was fair. And this was not.

Second time as a walk in. Regular polish pedicure. (Not given any options, upcharged to a fancier pedicure, didn’t complain, didn’t want the extra services) then asked for gel manicure. Every nail was extremely crooked. To the point that I asked for certain nails just to be filed straight, over and over. The nail tech argued with me, that she’d get them straight at the end. What? I get gel manicures regularly and I’ve never had such a bad job. 73 bucks (plus tip, because I’m nice) wasted…. Won’t be going back.

My aunt and I had a pedicure today by Bill and Tammy. It was absolutely wonderful!! Best pedicures we have ever had! We also were given wine which was also wonderful! 🙂 we will be lifetime customers now! Pedicure

I have to tell you. I did look at the mixed reviews. I still gave it a try and I am glad I did. I was welcomed by Jasmine at the front desk and she is just the sweetest thing. I was set up with a great nail technician and she went above and beyond with my nails she was so patient and informative of what exactly I needed to do to my nails. I also received a pedicure which had so much effort into it, I was offered either coffee, wine or a bottle of water, and I was given a very nice menu with details of all the pedicures they had to offer. I was very impressed with the massage chairs, what a wonderful the experience it was. Not all the technitions speak English but I realized all you need to do is ask them and they will help. I’m glad I gave gossip Nails a chance because I will definitely be back for my every two week appointment. Everyone had a smile on their face the environment was very calm they were playing excellent music.

Lissel was amazing, so gentle yet thorough. Lissel was amazing, so gentle yet thorough. Very clean and calm environment, right next to the water too! $30 for a basic pedicure which is considered deluxe up north so I definitely got my money’s worth and then some. Will go here again when visiting family.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am not one to leave reviews however i am disappointed. I went in to get my nails removed today, I was told the fee was $10 for removal.When it came time to pay they charged me $17 for the removal? Never have I ever paid $17 dollars for removal of nails. If that was the case i as a customer should’ve been let know, i was there for a simple removal.I let owner know very politely that i wasn’t aware of that felt as a customer i should’ve been made aware and she could care less.It’s honestly dissapointing.
