This is my go to for manicures and pedicures. They always try to accomplish what I ask for and are all really nice. I especially appreciate the way Lee is always so helpful, not just to my family members who need more assistance but to everyone who comes in there. Sue, Ashley, Judy and Linda (who completed my latest tye die nails) are all so great. I think they are reasonably priced as well.

I came here for regular gel polish removal. I had no acrylic nails nothing. And I had asked the lady to soak it off. She soaked my nails for barely 5 mins and then used the filing whizzing thing to scrape of the polish and my nail beds were completely ruined in the process. Even though I stopped and asked about the soak off, she just filed them off and then asked if I needed a manicure. Some of my nails broke after coming home. So disappointed

Literally the worst service. I felt rushed and my nails looked awful. Only reason why I stopped in was due to my car being serviced at Belle tire… Called my regular nail girl for an appointment to fix the hack job they did. Will never go back! If you value your time and money go somewhere else. The only time they speak to you is when payment is due. They literally jump out of there chairs..

I had a gel mani/pedi. I’m used to being somewhat man handled when I get them, but this time it was it was over the top. Then she cut my toe with the clippers. Another lady was doing my nails at the same time and she was rough too. She cut my nails to short and missed parts of my nails. She did attempt to fix them. Both put so much oil on me and didn’t even rub it in. My toes were so oily that it got on my leather sandels it left a few oil stains on my sandels. I did leave a tip, because I was raised to appreciative of people’s ti.e. lesson learned.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI have never been the type of person to write a review on a business or even complain at all about my experience, but I believe people need to know about how some of the nail techs are treating their clients. All started out good, until the lady that was doing my nails started ripping my previous dip nails off with a cuticle cutter. Throughout all the years I have gotten my nails done they have always been soaked off with acetone, not physically torn off. She was digging into my fragile nails with the cutters, tore off the ends of two of my real nails, and decided to add acrylic tips (without asking) to the ones she broke. And just to clarify, I didn’t have acrylic tips when I came in, it was my natural nail with dip powder. I was confused but allowed her to continue without questioning. I then asked if I could also have a manicure, to which she did not reply, and I do believe I was still charged for. At this point I was ready to leave because of how disrespectful she was acting towards me by not replying and the manner in which she was handling my nails. To add on top of all of that, when she was using the nail grinder, she hit my nail bed multiple times where I started to bleed. I believe it was out of rush and not wanting to be there doing my nails in the first place. I have never been the type of person to write a review on a business or even complain at all about my experience, but I believe people need to know about how some of the nail techs are treating their clients. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got a full set and pedicure. They tried to apply the full set while I was getting my pedicure, it was extremely rushed. They were not thorough at all with my set, they did not put two coats of polish on my nails so my polish job was awful. I had globs of polish under my nails. After two weeks my nails were lifting and popping off.They pressured me to get the more expensive pedicure for callous removal and spent less than 30 seconds on the bottom of both of my feet.They are more expensive than most places in town and their quality is awful.
