Critical: Professionalism, ValueIt took one stylist six hours and only one afternoon in another salon to accomplish what they tried to achieve with my hair over an 11-month period. I wanted a specific color and they bleached my hair out for months and months in “preparation” for the silver color. It was still never a silver color after 11 months.
