I walked in without an appointment and they had me seated within 10min. Loved the atmosphere. The girl that did my pedicure had no idea what she was doing when it came to using shellac. Instead of putting on the shellac base coat she used acrylic base coat that is used for the dip powder. It turned completely uneven. They had her fix it but she was making things worse. Finally they had someone else take a look at it and he was able to fix it. They were trying to cover up her mistakes by telling my toe nails had acrylic on it from my last pedicure. I had completely natural nails when i walked in because I haven’t had a pedicure in over a year. Everything they said didn’t make any sense. 2hours later I walked out with my big toes hurting because she was scrubbing with a file block to the point that I have a cut just above my nail. I thought the man that fixed it was very nice and definitely had more knowledge but I wish they would have admitted the mistakes the other girl did instead of coming up with excuses.

I Have been coming here ever since I moved to this area. The Staff they are very nice, and the prices are reasonable. I have never had an issue here until my last visit. The salon is nicely decorated, and everything seems to be clean. Well so I thought it was clean. I witnessed a giant German cockroach crawl from under my pedicure chair! I was so uncomfortable that I did not want any of my items on any of their furniture. I also noticed roaches crawling behind the receptionist desk on the floor. I am so confused to why they would have roaches and they do not even serve food, just drinks. A spa is supposed to be a place for relaxation, instead I am traumatized from the bug sightings. With all the employees they have, you would think one of them would tell the owner to get some pest control. I will never go back to this place again. It’s a bummer, because I really enjoyed the great service they provided.

Very bad customer service. My tech was decent but my moms tech was a nightmare! She was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. When we finished we told the owner and she said that the tech takes medicine and has mood swings. She only offered 10% off my moms nails after I asked for some sort of discount considering it was an awful and awkward experience. Additionally, the shellac nails my mom got all peeled and chipped within one week!

You honestly can’t rely on these reviews. They come after one visit or dealing with one tech. Getting my nails done for over 20 years, I’ve had to jump from tech to tech to find one that works for me. I’ve also witnessed people try to trash good work to walk out without paying. I’ve dealt with many techs at this salon before finding my person (who I freaking LOVE!) but I won’t tell you who they are bc I don’t need them overbooked I personally find the customer service very kind but some of y’all come into this shop thinking y’all can be all types of rude and expect a person to not be a person and react so speak how you want to be spoken too! The overall environment is absolutely beautiful and relaxing and smells amazing (which I have also heard people complaining about—but ppl will find any reason to complain to get complimentary service). Anyway, love this place and have been happy with my service EVERY time

Mr. T was the absolute best. He educated me on the different applications and explained why color powder would be better for me over dip (what I normally get). I picked the color and he did the rest. He educated me on the different applications and explained why color powder would be better for me over dip (what I normally get). I picked the color and he did the rest. This is my second time in this nail salon. We recently moved from NY and I can tell the difference. They work in a steady speed, not rushing, detailed oriented. Very nice environment, classy. Today was my second set of nail with them. First one had them for over 3 weeks, and they were still impeccable. I only had to change them because my nails were getting longer and I can’t work with long nails. Honestly this is the first time my and my niece’s nails last so long. We love them.

I was unhappy with the off white color that was done first because it didn’t match the white white i had gotten on my toes, the lady that did my acrylics offered to paint over them with the white I wanted. I feel as she was rushing through the process of it, she wouldn’t let me nails fully dry and the nail polish kept peeling off. It took her multiple times to get the polish on my thumb to stop peeling. I got these nails done on Tuesday and its Friday the nails polish on my ring finger started to peel off.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon!!! Not only did they take their time with my services instead of rushing through them, they were extremely thorough. Like I feel like every pedicure I’ve ever gotten was wrong. It is worth every penny and then some!!!
