Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could leave negative stars, I would!I have never in my life had such a terrible experience with my nails as I did here.I don’t even typically write negative reviews but this was such a catastrophe, I just hope to save someone else stress in the future.I went there to simply get my acrylic nails removed…that is all!To start, she didn’t check where my natural nails were underneath the acrylics before processing to just clip a decent amount off. After she clipped the first 2 I said “please be careful as my natural nails are long under there”.That should’ve been my first clue.I should’ve known to run when she didn’t even try to soak my nails at all! She simply used a discarded acrylic nail to get underneath my acrylics and proceeded to just pop them off.THEN without consulting me about my natural nails, she then clipped them to the point where there was almost no white tip left at all.At this point I decided to leave without her even filing or completing them because I was almost in tears. My natural nails were long underneath the acrylics before entering the studio and now they look like I have a nail biting problem.I paid (out of pure courtesy and manners) and left.However, when I got back to the car, my right ring finger was throbbing so I look down and see that while she was unprofessionally popping my nails off, she had actually ripped my nail halfway down the nail bed.I then went back in, now crying, to ask to speak to the manager and get my money back.The manager was not there but I did get my money back, although it is of little comfort to me as my nails look completely hideous and can’t be fixed till they grow back and I am at also risk of getting an infection in my nail bed due to the damage to my ring finger.Needless to say, I will NEVER be going back there and would strongly suggest no one ever goes there in the future.If I could leave negative stars, I would!I have never in my life had such a terrible experience with my nails as I did here. …More

Worse experience ever, I gave them a picture of what I wanted and the guy who did it said he could do it, once he started doing it, looked nothing like the picture, wrong color and everything, I told him and he didn’t listen to me at all. And then charged me $50 for nothing I wanted.

Absolutely the FASTEST I’ve ever gotten a full set done! Walked in with no appointment even though the store was full, they managed to sit me within just a couple minutes. Was a bit nervous because of bad experience with other nail places but they were extremely nice. She knew exactly what I wanted and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Love my nails now thank you!

I give this place a 2 rating because they did seat me in a timely manner, however I mentioned that her message needed to be more then just a light rubbing, and I paid for callus removal as I am on my feet alot during the day, and I still have the Calluses but my feet are nice and oily. Woo-hoo.

Hands down the WORST mani pedi I have ever had! My 5 year old would’ve done a better job. When I told her the polish looked streaked she said that’s the way it’s supposed to be. They are overpriced too. Please avoid this place. Manicure, Pedicure

Very considerate and understanding staff. Took my elderly mom several times, and the staff were kind and considerate of her age and difficulty in ambulating into and out of the chair. They always do a great job on trimming nails, applying color, and defoliating skin on foot. Have been going here 3 years and never had to wait. Prices always very reasonable.

Very rude people I came in with nice wonderful nails and came out with cricket and unfinished Nails. One of the nails was bigger then the other one. Besides the lady doing my feet was burning my skin with the filing machine I told her it was burning and instead the lady put alcohol on my feet made it worst… I was so mad that I didn’t even wanna pay them I would just walk out… don’t ever go to this nail salon.
