The only good thing was they got me in right away but now I see why. I got regular polish on my nails and toes and was $70 and they were trying to upsell me the whole time and the girl who did my hands was rushing me. I woke up this morning after being there yesterday and 4 of my nails nails have all the polish chipped off. That doesn’t happen with other places. Also they charge you for paying with a card. Do not go here save your money and go elsewhere.

Horrible job. Just paid 125 for a manicure and pedicure and when I got back to work and I’m good lighting they are all messed up. Not to mention I had people doing my hands and nails at the same time and rushing plus some woman watching over their shoulders. I couldn’t relax at all. For 125 I should have been able to relax and have good looking nails. Now I will have to go tomorrow somewhere else and have redone.

I took my niece and her friend and myself to get our nails done for my niece’s birthday.. my niece asked for white with a silver accent with a coffin shape, she got square on top of that that are not straight.. her friend asked for white and she got an off white grey color. Myself I got black with accent colors but the paint job and the shaping isn’t good at all!

Went today for my first time. The guy that took me was very friendly and professional. He was super funny and nice. However, I mentioned one of my nails were crooked and he said he would fix it. He filed it some more but it’s still crooked. Also, he did not clean up the edges very well. Asides from that they did a pretty good job. I paid $70 for my nails which I thought was a little bit too pricey. I’ve gotten ombré acrylics before for only $50

I’m a nail tech. Unfortunately my base coat dried up in the middle of doing my nails. So I went to get them finished. The lady who did my nails was SO RUDE. My nails look awful and they charged me $30 for 10 minutes of work without getting nail polish. My nails are slanted. Now I have to go home and still finish them up. I used to go here a couple years ago and had the owner did my nails. I used to have a good experience when they first opened up. Not anymore. Absolutely horrible experience. Definitely showed me how to NOT be to my nail clients.

This was my first time coming here, I got a fill/reshape for my stiletto tips. I was very pleased with the work Nicole did on my nails! Sharpened my nails perfectly, paid attention to all the little details no one else ever seems to, and did some beautiful freestyle designs for me. I’m extremely picky about my nails and I have absolutely no complaints on my service. I’ll definitely be booking another appointment with Nicole soon!

This place is honestly horrible. I do not recommend going here. I came for a gel/shellac fill (fyi i had gotten my full set done at jadore nail bar in chesterfield as well and they did amazing i didn’t go back because it was a Sunday and they weren’t open but i was desperate for a fill so i went) which was said to be $30, but for some reason got charged $50?! I didn’t get a design i literally just got my ring finger a different color… you’re telling me that my ring finger nail being a different color costs 20 more bucks? My other problem was two of my nails have snapped off and my gel is chipping… i’ve never had my gel chip like this before and when i get my nails done at jadore none ever fall off they stay on for the full two weeks. She was also very aggressive and rude. My cuticles were cut up with the spin file as well and i was quite literally left with bloody cuticles. DO NOT GO HERE ITS A SCAM AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

All around horrible nail techs and service. My nails look like garbage. The nail lady was rude, FACETIMED with someone the whole time she attempted to fill in my now ruined nails, and the nail salon was empty so she cant blame they were busy. This has to be the worst fill in nail service I have ever recieved since ive been getting them done for over 15+ years. NEVER GOING BACK. then to top off this horrible experience was over charged. Never had to payso much for a nail reck. SMH.
