This is my go-to place for nails. They always take their time, no rushing you out the door. In the 3 years I’ve gone here, I’ve never had a bad experience. I usually get a gel manicure and pedicure. Their pedicure includes a scrub and hot wax–no paying extra for it!

The first time I went in there, Sam did my nails. They were so perfect and she did them in a great time. The next time I went Jim did my nails. They where so crappy. He was rough, and made my cuticles bleed. The acrilic is so thick at the cuticles that within a week it looked like I did it myself. So I do not recommend Jim to do your nails. I am gonna try to go get them refiled. But to Sam thank you for your great job… Ashley

I have been going to the cirque location for over 5 years. All the girls there do a good job except for 1. After the 3rd time she did my nails i finally spoke up. My nails gel polish was shady and splotchy, with fuzzies visible through the light pink polish, worse uneven around my nail bed and worse at the top. She was nice enough to try and fix but it didn’t make much of the difference. The next day i called the other location on 27th and Bridgeport where the owner Mimi works. The guy who answered the phone recommended i come by so they can see what i was talking about. When i stopped by in person he literally told me that i only need to fix 1 nail and my problem is the polish. Bullshit!! If your a certified manicured specialist, the polish should never be a problem. Sadly, poor service and customer service. My advice is if your nails are not what you expect it to be ask for your money back ASAP and take your business somewhere else.

I asked for a pink and white ombré full set gel and I even showed the ladies a picture of what I wanted. They tell me that the guy has to come and do it. The guy was very nice and did a good job on my nails but the ladies told him the wrong design! I ended up leaving with white tips which is not what I wanted and they said they cannot do the ombré anymore because they already put the acrylic powder on my nails. I got jewels on my nails for free because the guy felt bad about giving me the wrong design because of the ladies telling them the wrong thing even though I showed them a photo of exactly what I wanted. I was disappointed but at the same time i did get free jewels so it made up for it. The white tips do look nice but at the end of the day I expect what I ask for, not a completely different design

I once got shellac here and it chipped pretty quickly. However, their pedicures are incredible. I come back for them every 3 weeks. They do a great job and take their time. Good prices.
