This place used to be my favorite nail salon until recently when I went for a full set and a pedicure, I wasn’t pleased with the service and them charging me for a service I didn’t get. The younger lady charged me $85 for the two. I noticed that she also charged me for filing my nails and for the small amount of nail polish she used. It was $15 for gel polish on my toes and $15 gel gel polish on my fingers. The lady had the nerves to ask me to leave a tip… I looked at her like she had lost her mind. Her tip was in all the over chatging. By the way why is there a need to charge for filing your nails.., that should be part of getting a new set. I will never go there again and start back wearing my God given nails. It’s nothing but Greed and they will be rich why we can no longer afford their services. I wonder if all the technicians are licensed? Be careful don’t get ripped off by these money hungry people. It’s a shame!!!!

This place is overpriced. I paid more for a fill than I did to get my nails done and they did not do a good job. The guy messed up and used gel for the white of my tips instead of regular polish like I asked for. So he just painted over the regular with gel. My nails messed up as soon as I left the salon because you aren’t supposed to do that and the polish underneath wasn’t dry so the polish shifted. If I go back it’s to ask them to fix the mistake and then never again.

It’s not that the quality of nail is bad … it’s the service ! I got my feet done and had already been here for a while but instead of doing my hands (mani sns and no acrylic) after my feet I’ve just been sitting here ! LITERALLY just sitting here as they take care of customers who’d only been here for 5 min ♀️ The customer service I received was awkward and really stale ! Like they were unsure how to interact ! I won’t be back … my nails are nice but this experience was NOT RELAXING

I love this nail salon. The techs are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and don’t try to make you spend more than what you’ve asked for. I get my eyebrows done religiously there and hands down they are the best not only with eyebrows also with Manis & Pedis. I 110% recommend this nail salon!

I came for an acrylic set she says 25 for half a inch nails then when I told her I want longer nails she says decide to cut the nails off because she rather me get gel nails for 50$ an long . This place is rude an didn’t even have the nerve to say hey when I sat down to her seat . I would not recommend.

Understanding, she listens, and she’s good at everything she does. The owner that sits in the front…RUDE! She always seems to get into it with someone about something. She can be sweet but I don’t think she’s happy. I’m just selective on who I go to for service. She needs better help. They either can’t polish or super slow. I continue to go back for Sandy.
