I used to go here often. I have witnessed rude behavior between the manager and customers. The nail technicians are generally friendly, but my appointments have rarely been honored over certain regulars. The salon is clean and the technicians do a good job, but the yelling matches and just rude behavior that I’ve witnessed during several of my visits sent me elsewhere.

First of all the OWNER and or MANAGER is the Rudest person I have ever met in a business atmosphere..She is not only rude she is offensive!! I have been there a few times and each time has been an experience. This time will be my last …every BAD review here is honest and true. I walked in and asked for a pink and whites for my nails and asked for a price. The owner looks at me and yelled what you have on NOW in a very nasty voice. I stated they were gels and showed her my hand. Since I had not gotten them there she was annoyed. She stated the pink and whites would be $50.00. So I sat and waited my turn, she took 3 people in front of me. Than said you come over! She started to drill my nails and than said to me the pink and whites would be $100.00! I said you stated $50.00 she said that was for fill in. I said but you looked at my nails when you gave me the price, surely you couldn’t fill in red nail polish with pink and whites. I also pointed to a sign just above her head that stated pink and whites $35.00, she said they were no good and she wasn’t doing it. I asked why is the sign up than??? She got up and left me in my chair with half drilled nails and started to work on someone else, and proceeded to gossip about me to her now new client.

The best salon for SNS!!Try the green tea pedicure-it’s so relaxing and well worth the money.Kim and her team do a wonderful job.Weekends are very busy so be prepared for the wait.

I have been to many nail salons all over the area and this is by far the best nail salon that I have ever been to. For me, everyone does an amazing pedicure but for my nails I see the owner Kim, because she has very good skills and attention to details. Not to mention the free massage that you get while Getting your nails done. Isabell gives the best massages.

A nice nail salon. They do a great job on SNS and have so many color choices. I was still unable to find the one I like and they mixed two different powders to get the exact color I wanted. COVID 19 protection in place, the place is clean and well maintained.

Clearly these people only want your money and don’t want to give you good service for what you’re paying. Last week I was in a little bit of time crunch and got there 15 minutes before closing time. I specifically told the lady that if the job was going to be rush to not worry that I would go somewhere else, she said not to worry. 3 days pass and two of my nails crack right in the middle because she didn’t take her time to make sure the acrylic was spread evenly throughout the whole nail. Waste of my time and money.

I agree with the comments on here. This woman / manager is so rude and loud and nasty!!! I went to get a gel pedicure today and one lady says that it’s $30 for gel. I said fine. That’s normal. I had two ppl work on me, one for nail polish the other for the pedicure portion. Not sure why, but I was instantly annoyed bc now I had to tip two people.

The manager/ owner is one of the most immature, rude woman I have ever met. She tried charging an $80 manicure that only costed $45 and tried to rush me out by only applying two coats of polish. I had to say something for another coat and they made a scene. Horrible customer service and not to mention one of the employees threw my hand back when she was done painting my nails. I was disgusted by the petty.
