please, do not go here. I forgot to ask for a soak off when I booked, and instead of asking if I’d like one, they ripped my nails off which was painful. My nail on one finger was ripped so thin and before i noticed acrylic was applied and it STUNG. Acrylic and gel polish was uneven, the shape was bad. please save your money & go elsewhere

Did not have an appointment for pedicure but was told when I got there, someone be with you in just a minute, told me what chair to take. Some techs sitting over in manicure section talking, others working, some finishing up with other customers, 45 minutes later, another customer walks in, goes to a chair, in 2 minutes someone is there to do her pedicure. I put my shoes back on and as I am leaving the lady at the front says I am so sorry, I explained that i had been waiting 45 minutes, the other customer walked in and got immediate service. She said well she had an appointment, I said I know I didn’t but it didn’t seem to be a problem when I got here and the ones sitting around talking had ample time to do my pedicure before other customer got here. This used to be my go to place but in the past few months, their service, friendliness and quality has gone down hill. I won’t be going back.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI and 3 friends went to this business to get our nails done; 2 fill ins and 2 full sets. I asked if they had time to do 4? “Yes we do.” We all entered, picked out colors, waited to be told where to be seated. 3 were seated. I was not. The female at the door had an attitude from the time she opened the door to the time she gave direction to pick out a color. I stood to the side with my color as directed for 10 minutes while others walked around, all while nobody gave direction to me, asked if I was ready, or acknowledge my presence. I decided to leave. After I left one of the females doing a friends nails said “rude.” Excuse me?! All I did was get tired of waiting for a service and told my daughter I would see her at home, left. The next time you choose to open your mouth about a customer you need to remember A-that we all came together. B-that they’re going to repeat what you said. C-you just lost 4 customers. When I first started going there the service was good. They were never really friendly or talkative but I paid it no mind. I have had my nail break at least 4 times over the year. I still went there. Well around the summer their work begin to slack off. Eyebrows were not even or nails. One day after I got my nails done one begin to split and because I have things to do I didn’t go back the very next day. It eventually split all the way across. They do not like to use their gel. I went to get it fixed and had to deal with a very shocking nasty attitude from the guy who is Jenny’s partner. He tried to yank and throw my hand around. He told me to stick my hand back in the UV light knowing it burns for a few seconds. Then tried to charge me when the nail was not even with the other one. I gave them so many chances and to be treated like that was not cool. I will not be going back. They don’t even do designs so they are not worth ignoring the attitude. I cant post the pictures of how it looked when he finished but it was not fixed correctly.

I’ve had my nails done three times. The first time was great. The next two times the job looked sloppy. I just do not understand doing a sloppy job. My pedicure was a waste. Horrible nail polish job. Will go elsewhere.
