I had came in with a couple of acrylic nails on and wanted a soak off. Why when I sit down, the women servicing me pulls out a metro card. She literally starts taking my nails off with a metrocard pulling on my natural nails. She aggressively pulled so hard on one of them that she took some of my nail meat off and I started bleeding. It hurt so bad. Smh.

My nails are literally what the name of the salon implies…gorgeous. I love the way it looks every time I go. My favorite nail tech is the lady at the end [3rd] seat. She always does the best set! Update: after going for a couple of months I noticed the nail tech lady work as getting sloppy. She didn’t take her time like she use to and my nails started to look horrible. I stopped going for about 6 months to Johnny nails instead. They’re more expensive but at least my nails come out perfect all the time!

I’m giving this place a 3 star rating Because my acrylic only lasted 2 days and they already came off. They always do great pedicures on me, so I decided To cheat on my nail tech because of convenience and it was instant regret. I paid $140 for both my hands and feet only for my nail to Come off two days later. I return And she fixes the nail, now I’m scared about other ones coming off, And of course a couple of days later, 2 more are off. I’m super upset! At least my nail design was nice, If I had To say something nice about the experience ♀️

Worst experience ever! If I could rate them a 0 I would.I got my pedicure done few days ago and I contracted a bacteria on my right leg, super painful my leg is red and swollen.Currently,I am on an antibiotics treatment to kill the bacteria. The doctor said the cause was the pedicure because of the area I got it.Clearly,they don’t clean their tools.

Quality of work is below others in the area. The shop is due for an overhaul make over. Material on chairs are very worn & tattered, drying machine hand mats are very dirty. Technician in front chair ***could be owner does sloppy work and does not give you the star treatment of massaging your hands. I hate that I have travel out of my area to get good service. I read the reviews but take note of the one stars reviews. They are more valid then others.
