Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityKym was really great. I had done a lot of research on toppers prior to finding her salon. Instead of ordering online, I decided to make an in-person appointment. She took time on educating me on the different varieties, colors, brands, synthetic vs. real. Got to try on a few pieces before she ordered my topper. About 4 days later, my topper came in and I got to see it. I loved it. She washed it and dried it for me all awhile explaining the care process. Super easy compared to what I thought I would have to do. She dried it and showed me how to put it on and cut and styled it to my liking. Best appointment ever! Please don’t order online yourself, go see Kym first!
