While my nail tech was very nice the quality of the service wasn’t great. The paint didn’t even reach the bed of my nail which I hope wasn’t done purposefully. The paint was uneven as well. I got a light colored glitter nail so it wasn’t very noticeable. I told them I had to leave by and I arrived at 5 6 and they said they could get me out by then but both staff members were busy and when I sat down It felt rushed.

Please please do not go here. I went in yesterday and this lady burned my hair literally all of it. I didn’t realize till I got home and felt it. I texted her and she called me and told me it was my fault because I had coloring before. She also said all I could do now is use deep conditioner. That will not fix anything my hair is falling in pieces. Please save your hair do not go here.

Yesterday afternoon my friend and I made an appt and went in to have our nails done. Full set acrylics, first time customers. There was no one else there at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. I’ve honestly never before had such a bad nail job that I complained! It was aweful!! Cuticles not touched, some nails were shaped oval (as per my request) and others were more stiletto. The polish job was horrific!

The worst experience of my life. Salon employees were sullen and unfriendly. The so called stylist never made eye contact with me, never smiled or said a word to me while she cut my hair. Her assistant (?) was giggling to herself from time to time. The end result was a disaster. I will never go back there.
