Clean environment. Friendly service. They have free bottle water & fresh made coffee. The hairstylist knows her hair. Also, what hairstyle & color goes with your bone structure. I wanted to cut& dye my hair but I didn’t know what to do so I gave her the freedom to do anything to my hair. I LOVE the end result. Coming back definitely.

I was assisted by Layles on the 8th E location, when I was getting my service done I noticed she wasn’t doing what I asked for or showed on the picture. When I asked her I was given and attitude “ where she can give me a attitude if she wants “ after this I had to come to the second location to Ruth who was only trying to defend the previous location. Ruth told me I was probably giving Layles an attitude. Ruth let me know that there was nothing she can do for my hair the was half bleached and not even at all.
