My first time using this salon, and I am impressed. They’re organized. The website has good information about the stylists and charges, and I made the appointment online. A salon representative contacted me by phone (text) days before the appointment to ask detailed questions about my hair. The appointment itself included an extra 15 minutes (at no charge) for a consultation with my stylist. Eren was great! She listened closely when I explained my preferences and gave me a great cut. I also received a complementary hand massage as a first time visitor. I scheduled my next appointment before I left, so I will definitely be back.
