If anyone needs a good place to get cryotherapy, red light therapy, or just some other great treatments that aid in recovery and wellness I highly recommended Goosebumps Cryotherapy in Colorado Springs! I love the staff because they truly care about you and the services are wonderful! I started going with a Groupon and then purchased a few more sessions! I had a shoulder and knee injury but outside of doing spot treatments on those areas I did the full body chamber and it was phenomenal! It’s the only cryo- chamber in Colorado Springs that is full body immersion, including the head! I definitely see a difference in my sleep the day that I go, and just my mental space when I go as well! Steve and Donna are the only ones I’ve worked with, but they are amazing! I love supporting local, and I love supporting businesses that support military and veterans as well!

I chose this business based off of others’ ratings and was pleased that I did. This is a very clean and comfortable place to have personal services done. The owners-operators are relaxed, personable, and knowledgable about their equipment. I was very confidant of the cold monitoring throughout my full body and facial procedures. The facial is unbelievably relaxing. And, I think the muscle stress in my arm is much less after one visit in the pod.

First cryotherapy experience! I must say, for someone who hates to be cold, this was WAY easier than I thought it would be! Granted I was only in the “beginner” level which is 166 degrees BELOW zero for 2 minutes, I’m already looking forward to my next session which goes up to 184 degrees below zero for 2:30 minutes. But I plan to build up all the way to “pro” at stay in for 3 minutes at a whopping 220 degrees below!!

This place is breathtaking! It is very cozy and comfortable. The facility is very spacey and beautifully decorated for a pleasant environment. It feels more homey than a business. We loved and recommend this place to anyone that has a curiosity for cryotherapy. Great deals and top of the line equipment. I cannot speak highly enough of Goosebumps. I’ve been there a few times personally and had great experiences but today I took my girlfriend in who had severe sciatica pain and they were nothing but helpful and kind and patient. She could barely walk in and they were there to offer a hand and get her in while she was crying and in a lot of distress. I was blown away by how far above and beyond they went for my girlfriend and the therapy helped out a ton. I’m blown away by their customer service.

This was my third visit. I have been amazed by how warm and welcoming the staff is. The shop is very neat, and clean. They are very respectful of your privacy. I have felt a distinct lessening of arthritis symptoms, aches and pains. I leave feeling energized and ready for whatever comes next.
