Excellent experience. Arrived on time for my appointment and was seen right away. Both the provider (Desiree Dougherty PA-C) and nurse (Kristin) were fantastic. They were professional and friendly, gentle and reassuring. Able to do biopsy during first visit instead of me needing to schedule an additional appointment. Explained what I might experience and as gentle as possible. They were clear with instructions and next steps and patient with my questions and ensured that my questions were fully answered and that I understood. Highly recommend.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, the path from diagnosis to scheduling procedure is efficient, our appointments happen on time, and his pain in procedures is well-managed and he’s still in a good mood when I take him home.
